Chinese Dragon Photoshopped

This was a complete experiment. I sketched a Chinese dragon for no particular reason, then scanned it and fiddled with the Photoshop filters.

Now the question is whether or not I should actually try to make it look nice...I no longer have the original, so I'd have to color it in Photoshop or something. What do you think? :C
